Making a Complaint

    By using our internal complaints procedure. We will do our very best to make sure that we resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. You can download our complaints procedure on the download links below.

    If your complaint is about poor service from us and we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman and pursue a complaint with them. Information about making a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman can be found on this web page:
